Bravo Zulu to the The Day!

Our region owes a debt of gratitude to the The Day for its continued and exhaustive coverage immediately following the departure of Superstorm Sandy.

I, and I suspect many others, were pleasantly surprised to find the morning paper delivered on Tuesday and every morning since the storm. Without power to most of the region, The Day's print and on-line news provided a critical and consistent stream of valuable information that helped our communities.

It is noted that the reporters, editors, printers, carriers and others at The Day are also in the midst of recovery in their own personal lives, yet all remain committed to their important role keeping our community informed. As a customer since 1992, I much appreciate your providing outstanding service during this trying period.
