Norwich – Police announced Tuesday the arrest of two men involved in a June stabbing on Cliff Street.
Police said Jukumu Reels, 22, of 8 Elizabeth George Drive, Mashantucket, was arrested Nov. 4 and charged with accessory to first-degree assault and second-degree reckless endangerment. Police this morning arrested Sequoya C. Reels-Felder, 21, of 67 Coachman’s Pike, Ledyard, on a warrant for his alleged involvement in the stabbing. Reels-Felder was held by authorities in Providence, but waived extradition to Norwich and faces a first-degree assault charge.
Police said a disagreement led to the June 8 stabbing, which left the victim with several non-life threatening wounds.
Reels-Felder is held in lieu of a $250,000 bond and is scheduled to appear Wednesday in Norwich Superior Court.
