Groton Town

Marissa Quinones, 21, of 644 Groton Long Point Road, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and improper use of high beams.

New London

Travon Brown, 37, of 13 Town Hall Court, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license, failure to obey a stop sign and driving without insurance.

Roy N. Bohlander, 65, of 1 Ram Point Road, Mystic, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Francisco Moreno, 23, of 189 Parkway North, was charged Sunday with breach of peace.

Jilliam T. Bell, 23, of Norfolk, Va., was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving without headlights on.

Juan Estrada, 25, of 195 Broad St. #2, Norwich, was charged Sunday with breach of peace and interfering with a police officer.

Yira A. Sime, 19, of 37 Boulder Drive, was charged Sunday with failure to carry insurance card, evading responsibility and following too close.

Zachary B. Ramos, 19, of 1500 Route 2 Boulevard, Ledyard, was charged Saturday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Karen L. Haynes, 35, of 206 Dudley St., Norwich, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license and failure to turn headlights on.

Katie Smith, 21, of 84 Midway Oval, Groton, was charged Saturday with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use with less than a half ounce of cannabis and possession of less than a half ounce of cannabis.

Montville

Stephen R. Bowers, 27, of 611 Center St., Uncasville, was charged Sunday with failure to drive right, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and traveling at an unreasonable speed.

David H. Hanke, 68, of Madison, was charged Sunday with failure to drive in the proper lane and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Norwich

Armand J. Forand, 53, of 13 Town St., was charged Saturday with third-degree criminal mischief.

Leland E. Jones, 34, of 195 Fitchville Road, #7, Bozrah, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and carrying a firearm while under the influence.

Rosie Jules-Mozelus, 34, of 195 Summit St., was charged Saturday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Yahaira Romero, 34, of 10 S. Second Ave., was charged Saturday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

David B. Mailhotte, 21, of 87 Hickory St., was charged Sunday with three counts of disorderly conduct and one count each of criminal mischief and threatening.

Stonington

William C. Cripps, 50, of 68 Wolcott Ave., was charged Saturday with breach of peace.

Sharilea Lathrop, 47, of 68 Wolcott Ave., was charged Saturday with breach of peace.
