Forty people under 40 years old who are making a positive contribution locally will be recognized early next year at MGM Grand in Foxwoods Resort Casino.
The first local Forty Under 40 Awards, sponsored by the Greater Mystic Chamber of Commerce, Greater Westerly-Pawcatuck Area Chamber of Commerce, the Greater Norwich Area Chamber of Commerce and The Day, will be presented at 6 p.m. Jan. 18.
