Harry Dumond, 20, of 118 Jeffrey Manor Road, Montville, was charged Monday with evading responsibility, failure to drive at a reasonable distance, disorderly conduct, second-degree threatening and second-degree reckless endangerment.
Lashawn Cecil, 31, of 780 Merchants Ave., Taftville, was charged Nov. 21 with driving with a suspended license and driving with a suspended registration.
Haley Barquis, 22, of 46 Briggs St. was charged Wednesday with possession of heroin, possession of heroin with intent to sell and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Franklin D. Thompson Jr., 38, of the Naval Submarine Base, Groton, was charged Wednesday with violation of a protective order.
Stephen T. Early, 20, of 57 Lower Boulevard, Unit A, was charged Wednesday with second-degree breach of peace and interfering with an officer.
Joseph Johnson, 29, of Baltic was charged Wednesday with misuse of plates, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to display a plate.
Calvin Hilliard, 58, of Westerly was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Richard Herrera, 36, of 35 West St., New London, was charged Tuesday in Montville with criminal violation of a restraining order.
