Wreath stop in Old Saybrook

The wreath tradition started in 1992 by Morrill Worcester, owner of Worcester Wreaths in Maine. The mission's theme is "Remember, Honor and Teach" the value of freedom in today's world. Cross placed one of two wreaths on the memorials during Tuesday's ceremony.
