Timothy R. Holdgate, 39, of 3 Oriole Ave., Pawcatuck, was charged Wednesday with conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny and fifth-degree larceny.
Jacob A. Burbank, 22, of 62 Patricia St., North Stonington, was charged Dec. 7 with criminal attempted possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana within 1,500 feet of a day care and possession of marijuana with intent to sell within 1,500 feet of a day care.

Justin Granger, 27, of no certain address was charged Wednesday with two counts of first-degree failure to appear in court, three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court, first-degree burglary, attempted second-degree assault and violation of a protective order.

Julio Santiago, 38, of 70 Roath St. was charged Wednesday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court, driving with a suspended license, misuse of marker plates, failure to carry proper insurance and traveling fast.

Patrick Edward Naylor, 23, of 220 Al Harvey Road was charged Thursday with fourth- and fifth-degree larceny.
Tammi M. Wheeler, 37, of Spruce St., Westerly, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and failure to carry proper insurance.
