Groton City

Dinyse Smith, 36, of 19 Jay St., New London, was charged Sunday with criminal violation of a protective order, third-degree assault and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Spenser I. Richman, 22, of 26 Sutton Place was charged Sunday with third-degree burglary, sixth-degree larceny and second-degree criminal mischief.

Jackie Hernandez, 35, of 53 Branford Ave. was charged Monday with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

New London

Matthew J. Simon, 23, of 68 Old Norwich Road, Quaker Hill, was charged Tuesday with possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Shane Curran, 23, of 103 Prospect St., Norwich, was charged Tuesday with possession of heroin.

William D. Girotti, 52, of 5 Charles Ave., Quaker Hill, was charged Tuesday with fourth-degree larceny.

Mark Szawerda, 57, of 24 Cook Drive, Uncasville, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Jeffrey Wing, 47, of 22 Old Bethel Road, Griswold, was charged Saturday in Griswold with criminal violation of a restraining order.

Waterford

Sara Primo, 29, of 19 Sleepy Hollow Road, Niantic, was charged Saturday with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy.

Ashley Gibson, 27, of 820 West Road, Salem, was charged Saturday with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy.

Troy Bergeson, 30, of 342 Boston Post Road was charged Saturday with conspiracy, possession of a shoplifting device and sixth-degree larceny.

Omar Williams, 43, of Hartford was charged Monday with possession of a controlled substance and conspiracy.

Anthony Mickens, 20, of East Hartford was charged Monday third-degree larceny and conspiracy.

David Rivas, 56, of Hartford was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane and failure to have lighting devices of the proper color.
