Groton City

Timothy S. Barnhill, 36, of 245 Benham Road, Apt. 12, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license and failure to obey traffic signal.

New London

Dennis Moran, 52, of 53 Shaw St., Apt. 2, was charged Thursday with interfering with a police officer and breach of peace.

Gurinderjit Baweja, 40, of Newington, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Norwich

Justino Serrano, 42, of 44 Norwich Ave., was charged Thursday with conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary and conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny.

State police — Montville

Douglas Francis, 22, of 433 Scotland Road, was charged Wednesday in Montville with third-degree assault.
