North Stonington - The Plan of Conservation and Development Steering Committee and Planning & Zoning Commission will continue their series of neighborhood meetings through January and February.
The town has been marked off into seven parts that will all have their own meetings for resident discussion of priorities in the neighborhoods' environment and history and ideas for the town's future.
The pilot meeting for the Pendleton Hill Road neighborhood was held Dec. 5 at the Pendleton Hill First Baptist Church.
The Three Lakes: Blue, Billings, and Wyassup meeting will be held at 7 p.m. Jan. 7 at Camp Wightman, Baptist Campgrounds, Billings Lake.
The Wyassup Road meeting will be held at 7 p.m. Jan. 14 at The Grange on Wyassup Road.
The Cossaduck Hill meeting will be held at 7 p.m. Jan. 30 at The Grange on Wyassup Road.
The meeting places for the final three neighborhood meetings- Mystic Road on Feb. 11, Boombridge Road on Feb. 20 and The Village on Feb. 25- will be announced at a later date.
