Keith Fenton, 30, of 30 Greenwood St. was charged Tuesday with second-degree threatening and breach of peace.

Christine M. Brennan, 22, of 24 Church St. was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court, interfering with police and driving with a suspended license.

Gabriel Aquino, 37, of 417 Boswell Ave. was charged Tuesday with first-degree failure to appear in court.

State police - Montville

Jeffrey J. Mumford, 29, of Somers was charged Tuesday in Preston with reckless driving, disobeying an officer's signal, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and interfering with police.

Nicole J. Nordstrom, 30, of 39D Clark Lane, Jewett City, was charged Tuesday in Preston with interfering with police.
