In reply to the Dec. 15 letter, "No reporting of help because there is none?" about which countries, if any, offered the United States humanitarian aid after Superstorm Sandy, the writer should be reminded that one Mideast country - no, not our supposed ally over there, but Iran - did offer both personnel and machines.
