James Hubbard, 44, of 20-C Allen Drive was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and following too close.
Sean A. McElwee, 20, of 28 Friar Tuck Drive, Gales Ferry, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to driving right and possession of alcohol by a minor.
Gian C. Spera, 46, of 12 Oswegatchie Road, Waterford, was charged Tuesday with violation of a protective order.
