Here's another update on junior Shabazz Napier (sore left shoulder):
Napier, UConn's leading scorer, practiced Wednesday for the first time since playing at Pittsburgh on Saturday.
He didn't participate in contact drills today as a precaution, according to UConn. His injured left shoulder continues to improve.
The Huskies are off on Thursday.
Team trainer James Doran expectes Napier will be a "full go" for workouts on Friday and Saturday as well as for Sunday's game against Rutgers.
