Anthony T. Graham, 22, of 35 Hynes Ave. was charged Saturday with speeding, driving with a suspended license and driving while using a handheld electronic device.
James R. Walker Jr., 26, of 248 Ohio Ave. was charged Friday with traveling too fast for conditions and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Paul R. Brainard, 26, of 38 Circle Drive, Stonington, was charged Friday with interfering with an officer and sixth-degree larceny.

Joseph Tamborra, 31, of 149 Harland Road was charged Friday with cultivation of marijuana, possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia and operating a drug factory.

Jamie M. Littlefield, 50, of 13 Rixtown Road, Griswold, was charged Jan. 10 with risk of injury to a minor, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.
Robert White, 38, of 96 Miller Road, North Stonington, was charged Jan. 10 with third-degree failure to appear in court.
