ECC postpones wrestling, gymnastics championships

Inclement weather has forced the postponement of the Eastern Connecticut Conference wrestling tournament to Sunday and Monday at Fitch High School.
The event was scheduled for tonight and Saturday. The round of 16 begins Sunday at 1 p.m. Wrestling continues throughout the day, highlighted by the championship semifinals at 6:15.
The championship finals begin at 6 p.m. Monday. The finals, as well as all third- and fifth-place matches will be wrestled simultaneously.
Also, the ECC's gymnastics championship has been postponed from tonight until 6 p.m. Monday at Deary's Gymnastics in Danielson.
