Old Saybrook: 30

Putnam: 26

Norwich: 25.5

Colchester: 25

Gales Ferry: 24

Lisbon: 23

Ledyard: 22

Mystic: 21

Stonington: 21

The Weather Center at Western Connecticut State University did not have a count for Groton.
