Winter Carnivale

Nobody heats up winter like Chester. The town celebrated its 23rd annual Winter Carnivale on a frigid Feb. 17 with all the expected hoopla-a tractor parade, ice carving contest, musical performances, and, of course, the Chester Hose Company Chilly Chili Cook-off.
