Elizabeth Philopena, 26, of 13 Hobron St., was charged Thursday with possession of marijuana and interfering with police.

Orlando Mateo, 24, of 120 Third Ave., was charged Thursday with possession of PCP.

Jessica Lugo, 21, of 120 Third Ave., was charged Thursday with possession of PCP.

Sandra Marshall, 46, of 20 Garvin St., was charged Friday with disorderly conduct, threatening and second-degree assault.
