Raheem A. Childers, 27, of 99 Larch Road, was charged Friday with third-degree assault, third-degree strangulation, breach of peace, interfering with an emergency call and risk of injury to a child.

James M. Bohara Jr., 28, of 33 Kelsey Ave., Old Lyme, was charged Friday with fifth-degree larceny.

Debra Tarantino, 44, of 5 Clairmont Ave., Norwich, was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
