Groton Town

Joel Drew Barker, 18, of 143 Nathan Hale Road was charged Saturday with second-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and second-degree making a false statement.

Juan Santiago, 30, of 46 Mather Ave. was charged Friday with second-degree trespassing, second-degree burglary and sixth-degree larceny.

Groton Town

Russell A. Roberts, 43, of 44 Oslo St., Mystic, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to obey a control traffic signal.

Pamela White, 57, of 444 Flanders Road, Mystic, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Michelle Miller, 44, of 91 S. Second Ave., Apt. 6, Taftville, was charged Thursday with fifth-degree larceny.

New London

Shanae D. Lancaster, 36, of 69 Hempstead St. was charged Saturday with violation of a protective order and disorderly conduct.

Eartha L. Cox, 57, of 172 Shaw St. was charged Friday with breach of peace.

Ronald Hart, 30, of 9 Woodlawn Drive, Waterford, was charged Friday with third-degree robbery and fifth-degree larceny.

Daniel E. Casko, 18, of Putnam was charged Friday with two counts of third-degree assault, second-degree strangulation, three counts of disorderly conduct, second-degree threatening and third-degree strangulation.

Brett Soathworth, 50, of 51 Franklin Ave. was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace.

Dennis Nolan, 44, of 17 Lakeside Drive, Ledyard, was charged Friday with possession of narcotics.

Miguel Valentin, 20, of 339 Vauxhall St. was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree trespassing, second-degree threatening and carrying a dangerous weapon.

Angel L. Soto, 54, of 339 Vauxhall St. was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal trespassing.

Alexis Soto, 28, of 339 Vauxhall St. was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree trespassing, second-degree threatening and carrying a dangerous weapon.

Waterford

Michael Masselli, 46, of New Haven was charged Friday with fourth-degree larceny.

Emily Greene, 24, of 30 Oak Drive, Groton, was charged Friday with threatening.
