Groton Town

Paula A. Taylor, 43, of 187 Huntington St., New London, was charged Saturday with violation of a protective order.

Jared P. Palmer, 32, of 27 Oak Drive, North Stonington, was charged Saturday with failure to drive in proper lane, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

Marianne Murno, 56, of 27 Lewiston Court was charged Sunday with second-degree threatening, first-degree reckless endangerment and breach of peace.

Dee C. Cheshire, 76, of 372 Colonel Ledyard Highway, Ledyard, was charged Sunday with third-degree larceny of a motor vehicle.

Montville

Ricardo Martinez, 34, of 416 Williams St., New London, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and driving without a license.

Norwich

Chris Shepherd, 46, of 534 N. Main St. was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening.

Robert Cote, 28, of 347 Central Ave. was charged Sunday with possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Darren Latham, 24, of 79 Roosevelt Ave. was charged Sunday with possession of heroin.

Stephen Smith, 44, of 75 Terrace Ave. was charged Monday with violation of probation.

Waterford

Ladonna Wade, 42, of 36 Old Mill Road, Quaker Hill, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license and reckless driving.
