Centro's Easter basket fundraiser set for March 16

New London — An Easter basket sale and fundraiser for the children’s education summer programs at Centro de la Comunidad is scheduled for March 16.

Basket prices are reasonable, according to the president of the board of directors. The event is scheduled to run from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

On Sunday, March 24, an Easter egg hunt, including basket raffles, prizes and refreshments is scheduled for 3-5 p.m. The suggested donation for this event is $3 and proceeds from both events will go towards the children’s education summer programs.
