Groton City

Adam Brown, 36, of 560 Shennecossett Road, was charged Thursday with disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening.

Groton Town

Kurt Delaney, 32, of 39 Broad St. Ext. was charged March 2 with driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to return his license and driving without insurance.

Arthur H. Spinner, 42, of 3175 Gold Star Highway, Mystic, was charged March 2 with driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and driving without insurance.

Alfred R. Wilcox, 60, of 10 Mill Cove Road, Gales Ferry, was charged Tuesday with interfering with a police officer.

Winter L. Harden, 23, of 1105 River Road was charged Wednesday with two counts of violation of probation.

New London

Teshuah Williams, 40, of 184 Benham Road, Groton, was charged Thursday with three counts of failure to register as a sex offender and possession of narcotics.

Harold Hall, 26, of 7A Geer Ave., Norwich, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license and failure to have stop lamps.

Richard Cavar, 42, of 62 Jay St. was charged Wednesday with criminal mischief.

Edwards J. Haugabook, 30, of 77 West Thames St., Norwich, was charged Wednesday with failure to obey a traffic control signal, failure to carry insurance and driving with a suspended license.

Luis Silvasantistebangil, 35, of 217 Laurel Drive was charged Wednesday with possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, misuse of plates and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Gordon Byers, 35, of 57 Montauk Ave. was charged Wednesday with two counts of violation of probation.

Justin Carta, 34, of 312 Ocean Ave. was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license and using a cellphone while driving.

Norwich

Isaiah Murray, 29, of 81 West Town St. was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving with a suspended license.

State Police - Montville

Prasad Chirnomula, 49, of Stamford was charged Monday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to yield for an emergency vehicle.

Stonington

Michael A. Perry, 48, of 435 High St., Apt. 7, Mystic, was charged Thursday with criminal violation of a protective order.
