New London — St. Mary Star of the Sea School, which closed last year after 115 years, is clearing out the school and selling its contents on Friday and Saturday.
The liquidation sale includes library books, televisions, large rolling carts, a clothes dryer, bookcases, tables, desks, medical privacy screens, a medical scale, air conditioners, easels, lab equipment, microscopes, bulletin boards, sports uniforms and copiers.
Friday from 10 a.m to 1 p.m. Catholic school personnel only will be allowed to shop. The public is invited 1 to 3 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday.
No credit cards; only cash and checks will be accepted.
