Norwich police arrested a Greeneville man Friday afternoon whom they said was in possession of a "considerable amount" of marijuana and heroin.
Kenneth Lebron, 20, of 281 Central Ave., Apt. 6, Norwich, was charged with failure to drive right, driving without a license, possession of heroin, possession of heroin with intent to sell, possession of a restricted substance and possession of marijuana.
Sgt. Corey Poore said detectives in the narcotics division began an investigation based on prior complaints from residents and observations of police working in the area. He said they made a traffic stop that led to an investigation of Lebron's apartment using a police dog.
The police seized about 15 grams of marijuana and ten bags of heroin, he said.
Lebron is being held in lieu of $50,000 bond and is scheduled to be arraigned in Superior Court on April 4.
