Groton Town

James Michael-Lee Daversa, 22, of Columbia, S.C., was charged Friday with third-degree larceny.

Paul Taylor, 43, of 1042 Poquonnock Road was charged Thursday with violation of a protective order.

Anthony Betances, 36, of Bronx, N.Y., was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and reckless driving.

New London

Ronald Ketten, 37, of 127 Laurel Drive was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving without insurance and faulty break lights.

Armando C. Alvarado, 37, of 19 Jay St. was charged Friday with possession of heroin and third-degree criminal trespass.

Alexis Soto, 28, of 339 Vauxhall St. was charged Friday with violation of probation.

Ambrose Faustino, 43, of 40 Fuller St. was charged Friday with tampering with evidence.

State Police - Montville

Donna Rivera-Rispoli, 58, of 131 Moxley Road, Uncasville, was charged Friday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, evading responsibility and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Kyle A. Jolly, 24, of 33 Seventh St., Apt. 2, Norwich, was charged Friday in Preston with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

Stonington

Lisa O'Connor, 50, of Bradford, R.I., was charged with failure to drive right and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Waterford

Sydney Monroe, 20, of 46 Crystal Ave., New London, was charged Friday with third-degree robbery and sixth-degree larceny.

Robert Abell, 57, of 54 Hough Road, Bozrah, was charged Friday with violation of a protective order.
