Friends of the Norwich Bells will release a CD, "Ring Out Rose City," on April 16.
The 55-minute CD includes recordings of the city's old trolley car bells, larger bells like the one at the Ponemah Mill, church bells, fire bells and small bells and wind chimes from around town. The album is $15, and proceeds from the sale of "Ring Out Rose City" will go toward the repair of some of Norwich's bells.
Friends of the Norwich Bells is a nonprofit group dedicated to the enjoyment and preservation of bell ringing in Norwich.
