Nate Silver should crunch the algorhythms. Is it more likely an athlete will spend his entire career with one team or a famous band will survive a long career with the same lineup?
Well, without indelible vocalist Jon Anderson, the British prog rock band Yes certainly doesn't qualify, even though core members Steve Howe, Chris Squire and Alan White are all still onboard.
No Anderson? Dealbreaker. Except ... when Yes plays Friday at Foxwods' Fox Theater - with note-hitting replacement singer Jon Davison - they're going to play "The Yes Album" and "Fragile," two of the finest rock albums ever, back-to-back. Methinks this tips the scale in favor of the show, regardless of Anderson's absence.
