A 15-year-old juvenile was charged Sunday at the Stonington Institute in North Stonington with third-degree assault and falsely reporting an emergency.
Jose Carlosviza, 42, of 53 Hamilton Ave., Norwich, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to drive in the proper lane on a multi-lane highway.
