    Police locate car in connection with missing ECSU student

    Police are looking for missing Eastern Connecticut State University student Alyssiah Marie Wiley, who was last heard from on Saturday

    State police said late Friday night they had located a car linked to the disappearance of a 20-year-old Eastern Connecticut State University student.

    Alyssiah Marie Wiley was last heard from April 20. State police said they were contacted Wednesday by Eastern Connecticut University Police regarding her disappearance. University police had started a search after being informed Wiley could not be located by friends or family.

    State police Lt. J. Paul Vance said in a press release Friday night that a black 2009 Nissan Altima four-door sedan with tinted windows, bearing the Connecticut license plate 297-ZOY, had been found. The press release did not give the location of the car but indicated that Wiley was still missing.

    Anyone who knows any information pertaining to the investigation should notify State Police at Troop K in Colchester at (860) 537-7500.

    Wiley is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall, with dark hair and weighing 150 pounds.
