Groton City

Christopher M. Neal, 20, of 15 Freedom Way, Unit 108, Niantic, was charged Saturday with violation of probation.

Groton Town

John S. Ray, 53, of 100 Burgess Place, Groton, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Christopher A. Bitgood, 39, of 16 Brook Road, Groton, was charged Friday with third-degree stalking, third-degree burglary, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and breach of peace.

Keri F. Senter, 24, of Somers was charged Friday with failure to appear in court.

William Damien Stack, 30, of 120 Elizabeth St., Norwich, was charged Thursday with second-degree threatening and breach of peace.

Norwich

James Crooks, 28, of 38 Monroe St., Waterford, was charged Saturday with possession of narcotics and possession of narcotics with intent to sell.

Thomas Suggs, 56, of 139 Boswell Ave. was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving unreasonably fast and driving with a broken tail light.

Corinna M. Shore, 22, of no certain address was charged Saturday with prostitution.

Virginia Szankovics, 23, of Brooklyn was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Rania Salahi, 28, of 23 Lyman Hill, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license.

State Police - Montville

Karissa Girard, 23, of 161 Connecticut Blvd., Oakdale, was charged Saturday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, improper registration, failure to maintain minimum insurance and failure to drive right.

Joy E. Filburn, 30, of 49 Jerome Road, Uncasville, was charged Saturday in Montville with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving without a license, failure to drive right and driving without an updated emissions sticker.
