Section 3 of 14th Amendment clause unmet

Regarding the article, “Lawsuit: Clause bars Trump from running again” by N. Riccardi from the Associated Press, that was republished Sept. 7 in The Day, the phrases below, in quotation marks, are taken from Section 3 of the 14th Amendment of the Constitution of the United States. Former President Trump “having previously taken an oath to defend the Constitution” and by giving “aid or comfort to the enemies thereof” (on January 6, 2021) disqualifies himself as an “elector of president.” “Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.” In contrast to the first two conditions, the last condition has not yet been met.
