About 3:30 a.m. Friday, police officers conducting a building check at the auto parts store at 390 Broad St. discovered a broken window on one of the garage doors. They called in the K-9 unit and found Angel Rodriguez inside the building.

Rodriguez, of no certain address, was charged with third-degree burglary, possession of burglary tools, sixth-degree larceny and third-degree criminal mischief.
