Montville

Andrew W. Miller, 20, of Rowlett, Texas, was charged Saturday with operation of a motor vehicle by a minor having elevated blood alcohol content and traveling at an unreasonable speed.

New London

Omara T. Francis, 28, of 14 Bramer Place was charged Saturday with breach of peace.

Rachell Garcia, 21, of 993 Bank St., Apt. 3, was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace.

George Afanador-Matias, 26, of 575 Bank St., Apt. 306, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance.

Joan Marie Vazquez, 26, of 15 Clover Court was charged Friday with sixth-degree larceny and second-degree breach of peace.

Brian Rodriguez, 23, of 213 Shaw St. was charged Friday with possession of heroin/narcotics, possession within 1,500 feet of a school, possession with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia, assault on a police officer, destruction of evidence, violation of probation, first-degree failure to appear in court, violating a restraining order, disorderly conduct and possession of a controlled substance.

Luis Garcia, 22, of 19 Jay St. was charged Friday with possession of crack cocaine and possession of crack cocaine with intent to sell.

Anthony Anderson, 29, of 181 Shaw St. was charged Friday with attempted sale of narcotics.

Lamar D. Fluker, 34, of 112 Brandegee Ave., Groton, was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening.

Timothy Hassell, 28, of Willimantic was charged Friday with possession of heroin, possession of heroin within 1,500 feet of a school, possession of heroin with intent to sell and possession of drug paraphernalia.

John T. Glynn, 53, of 1505 North Road (Route 117), Groton, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license.

Norwich

Lucia Delleria, 51, of 372 Rockville Road, Voluntown, was charged Saturday with third-degree assault, third-degree robbery and sixth-degree larceny.

Kevin Johnston, 29, of 252 Old Canterbury Turnpike, Lot 38, was charged Friday with disorderly conduct and strangulation.

Jessica Sheehan, 32, of 38 McKenna Ave., Griswold, was charged Saturday in Norwich with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Stonington

Krystal Lydick, 23, of Charlestown, R.I., was charged Saturday with evading responsibility.

Amber L. Lewis, 22, of 7 School St., Mystic, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license or registration.

Waterford

Andrew Sullivan, 20, of Cape Ann St., New London, was charged Friday with illegal use of credit cards.

Sherman Stigler, 28, of Willimantic was charged Friday with two counts of third-degree larceny and two counts of conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny.

Robert Lish, 19, of 261 Yantic St., Norwich, was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Erik Williams, 23, of 239 Nautilus Drive, New London, was charged Friday with traveling too fast, failure to have tail lights and violation of a protective order.
