During a phone interview I conducted a few years back with standup giant Jay Mohr, he responded to an observation I made by chortling and commenting, "Hilarious!"

Does this mean Professional Comedy is so easy that even I can do it?

No. Decidedly not.

Mohr, on the other hand, really and routinely IS hilarious, as you'll see Saturday when he headlines the MGM Grand Theater at Foxwoods.

Of course, it's also pretty well known that Mohr is a television and film star and a big sports enthusiast. In that latter spirit, since early this year, he's held down a noon-3 p.m. (Eastern) gig as a talk show host for the Fox Sports Radio Network. Expect Mohr's remarks Saturday, then, to reflect cool opinions on all manners of athletics, entertainment, and popular culture.
