Ashley J. Damsker, 28, of Philadelphia was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Montville

Teresa Lessa, 39, of 367 Chesterfield Road was charged Thursday with violation of probation.

New London

Jarvis Surney, 19, of 320 Colman St., Apt. 2, was charged Friday with third-degree assault on a pregnant woman, second-degree unlawful restraint and violation of a protective order.

Shona Allison, 43, of Hartford was charged Friday with four counts of second-degree failure to appear in court and failure to respond to an infraction.

Norwich

Brian Oddo, 26, of 279 Talman St. Ext. was charged Friday with violation of a protective order.

Joseph Cote, 40, of 582 N. Main St. was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court, driving with a suspended license and failure to use a turn signal.

Gilbert Christopher, 30, of 51 Division St. was charged Wednesday with possession of narcotics and possession of crack cocaine with intent to sell.

State Police - Montville

Hector Martinez, 36, of Bridgeport was charged Thursday in Griswold with possession of cocaine with intent to sell and possession of cocaine.

Stonington

John Casey Banks, 24, of 98 W. Broad St., Apt. 26, Pawcatuck, was charged Friday with third-degree burglary and third-degree criminal mischief.
