Three stabbed in Ledyard disturbance

Ledyard — Three people suffered non life threatening stab wounds late Saturday night during a disturbance at a home at 5 Wolf Ridge Gap.

Police said they received a report at 11:51 p.m. of a large gathering where a disturbance had occurred. Three people were transported by ambulance to the hospital. Police declined to identify the hospital or the sex or age of the victims. The home is owned by the Mashantucket Pequot Tribe.

The incident is being investigated by local police and the state police Major Crime Squad.
