Groton City

Taylor Nicole Coleman, 19, of 33 George Ave., Apt. B, was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace.

New London

Kyle W. Harrison, 35, of 199 Broad St., Apt. 3, was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace.

Mark Hammett, 37, of 17 Redden Ave. was charged Saturday with possession of drug paraphernalia and sixth-degree larceny.

State Police - Montville

Alexandria L. Bones, 23, of 1051 Poquonnock Road, Groton, was charged Saturday in Montville with second-degree breach of peace.

Stonington

Donna L. Ralston, 62, of 4 Whitehall Landing, Mystic, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Waterford

Rebecca Abel, 23, of 175 Route 1 was charged Friday with failure to drive in the proper lane, driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to carry proper insurance.

Valtar Ferreira, 48, of 54 Boston Post Road, East Lyme, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane and driving without a license.

Katie Petras, 24, of East Haven, was charged Friday with failure to drive in the proper lane, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving without a license.

John Chaplin, 54, of Lebanon, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane and failure to obey a traffic control signal.

Sarah Neilan, 38, of 20 Mackenzie Road was charged Saturday with third-degree assault.

Lora Wilson, 53, of 1583 Route 162, Oakdale, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of narcotics and possession of narcotics not in the original container.

Samantha Edwards, 23, of 27 West St., New London, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license and speeding.
