Lamar Dante Fluker, 34, of 112 Brandegee Ave., was charged Friday with criminal violation of a protective order, threatening and second-degree breach of peace.

Jeffrey R. Lowell, 26, of 12 Meryl Court, was charged Friday with evading responsibility and failing to drive a reasonable distance apart.

Merry Reyes, 47, of 93 State Pier Road, Apt. D-14, New London, was charged Friday with second-degree criminal mischief.

Stephen J. Plefka, 51, of no permanent address, was charged Friday with third-degree burglary from a motor vehicle, sixth-degree larceny from a motor vehicle, interfering with a police officer, failing to submit to fingerprinting and credit card theft.

Adam J. Gersh, 42, of 69 Route 12, Preston, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license and driving with a suspended registration.

New London

DuWayne Todd, 25, of 37 Tilley St., Apt. 6, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license.

Vivianne M. Hage, 25, of 30 Perry Ave., Waterford, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to drive right.

Karim Jawhary, 39, of New York, N.Y., was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace.

Cassandra Russell, 31, of no certain address, was charged Friday with breach of peace.

Carlos A. Rodrigues, 33, of 2 Valley St., Apt. 1, was charged Thursday with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, second-degree strangulation and unlawful restraint.

Andrew D. Blevins, 25, of 15 Third St., was charged Friday with third-degree assault.

Bryan Rodriguez, 19, of Willimantic, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Davierre Godlewski, 22, of 332 Canterbury Turnpike, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license and driving without headlights.

Charles B. Crosby, 49, of 127 Black Point Road, Niantic, was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct and second-degree unlawful restraint.

Gary Bartomioli, 22, of Marlborough, was charged Friday in Uncasville with possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia with the intent to use and possession of less than a half ounce of marijuana during a traffic stop.

Timothy Paradise, 21, of 50 Chapman Road, Marlborough, was charged Friday in Uncasville with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of heroin, possession of less than a half ounce of marijuana and failure to obey an officer's signal.

Cristian Gomez, 19, of 71 Watchaug Road, Somers, was charged Thursday with third-degree assault and creating a public disturbance.

Josmavelin Gomez, 20, of 71 Watchaug Road, Somers, was charged Thursday with third-degree assault and creating a public disturbance.

Matthew J. Wallace, 23, of 25 Mary Hall Road, Pawcatuck, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and failure to obey a stop sign.

Waterford

Victoria Jones, 20, of 6 Juniper Lane, Madison, was charged Friday with third-degree criminal mischief.

Marc Connelly, 46, of 1 Green Hills Road, was charged Friday with disorderly conduct and interfering with a police officer.
