New London

Michael Little, 47, of 19 Jay St. was charged Sunday with possession of a controlled substance.

Anthony McGill, 27, of Danielson, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

Armando Alvarado, 37, of no certain address, was charged Monday with sixth-degree larceny, fifth-degree larceny, two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court, first-degree failure to appear in court, threatening and breach of peace.

Montville

Kevin Costello, 24, of 874 Raymond Hill Road, Oakdale, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics not in original container and failure to wear a seat belt.

Jose Carlos Medina Matos, 21, of Bristol, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license and failure to wear a seat belt.

State Police - Montville

Sandra Lee Hutchinson, 48, of 6 Adelaide Road, Norwich, was charged July 1 in Griswold with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Alreno M. Sebastian, 30, of 9 Fountain St., Apt. B., Norwich, was charged July 1 in Preston with risk of injury to a minor, third-degree criminal trespass, sixth-degree larceny and second-degree criminal mischief.

Calvin Hilliard, 59, of 61 Shaw St., New London, was charged July 3 in North Stonington with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Bryant Roy, 35, of 109 Penn Ave., Niantic, was charged July 3 in Norwich with possession of a controlled substance and conspiracy to sell narcotics.

Claude M. Adams, 24, of 2 Bidwell St., Niantic, was charged Friday in Niantic with second-degree larceny from a building.

Devon Williams, 22, of Hartford, was charged Friday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and driving without a license.

Catherine E. Brown, 24, of Clinton, was charged Saturday in Groton with driving with a suspended license and failure to have stop lamps.

Teresa Bombard, 53, of Lisbon, was charged Saturday in Lisbon with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Stonington

Jerome P. Pie, 47, of 112 River Road, Pawcatuck, was charged Sunday with breach of peace.

Waterford

Leon Long, 31, of 55 Connecticut Ave., New London, was charged Sunday with breach of peace, third-degree assault, interfering with a police officer, criminal violation of a protective order, second-degree strangulation and disobeying the signal of an officer.
