Ricardo J. Cruz, 36, of no certain address was charged Thursday with breach of peace and interfering with police.

Anthony Watson, 26, of no certain address was charged Thursday with breach of peace, interfering with police, possession of narcotics and possession of a hallucinogen.

Eric Williams, 30, of 29 Litton Ave., Groton, was charged Thursday with breach of peace, interfering with police, tampering with evidence, possession of a hallucinogen and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Robert D. Hochman, 53, of 401 W. Thames St., Norwich, was charged Thursday with third-degree larceny, taking a motor vehicle without the owner's permission and first-degree trespass.

Justin Carta, 34, of 1127 Ocean Ave., was charged Thursday with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Christopher Tewfik, 27, of Milford was charged Friday with driving while his license is suspended, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and speeding.

Jason Mayo, 29, of no certain address was charged Thursday in Montville with possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana, stop sign violation, driving with a suspended license and improper registration.

Patrick McCarthy, 28, of 17 Brown Ave., Jewett City, was charged Thursday in Griswold with possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal possession of narcotics, narcotics not kept in original container and possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana.

Robert Cordero, 28, of 30 Maiville Drive, Oakdale, was charged Thursday in Montville with first-degree failure to appear in court.

Waterford

Ryan O'Connor, 36, of 13 North Road was charged Thursday with possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of drugs with intent to sell, possession of drugs within 1,500 feet of a school and interfering with an officer.

Sarah Cuff, 20, of 10 Carolina Drive, Oakdale, was charged Thursday with possession of narcotics.

Marvin Baker, 25, of 298 Laurel Drive, New London, was charged Thursday with driving when his license was refused, suspended or revoked.

Brianna Currann, 23, of 47 West Coit St., New London, was charged Wednesday with driving when her license was refused, suspended or revoked and driving an unregistered vehicle.
