Groton City

Robert Johnson, 20, of 14 Winthrop Drive, was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace.

Ashley Bickel, 19, of 33 Chicago Ave. was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct.

Aaron Craven, 22, of 210 Broadway, Apt. 4, Norwich, was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct, breach of peace and violation of the conditions of release.

Seneca Larson, 35, of 128 Poquonnock Road, was charged Sunday with breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

Groton Town

Jason Connolly, 23, of 60 N. Cove Road, Old Saybrook, was charged Sunday with possession of narcotics and possession of narcotics within 1,500 feet of a school.

New London

Edmond Beron, 51, of 15 Turcotte Ave., Moosup, was charged Sunday with breach of peace and interfering with a police officer.

Jose A. Delacruz Jr., 23, of 43 Montauk Ave. #2 was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace.

William Scagliotti, 27, of 38 Lee Ave. was charged Saturday with carrying a dangerous weapon.

Norwich

Scott Faille, 32 of 113 Horse Pond Road Apt. C, Salem, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license.

State Police - Montville

David Downs, 53, of 256 Flanders Road Apt. 111, was charged Sunday in Niantic with illegal sale of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance.

Harry J. Dumond, 21, of 11 Jeffrey Manor Road, Oakdale, was charged Sunday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane and unsafe movement.

Stacey L. Richardson, 25, of 208 Main St., Baltic, was charged Sunday in Norwich with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and a stop sign violation.

Luis R. Galindo, 34, of 38 Denison Ave., Apt. 3, New London, was charged Sunday with failure to drive right, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving without a license.

Waterford

Troy Baransky, 40, of Shelton, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, failure to drive in the proper lane, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

Sean Breslin, 25, of 44 Naragansett Ave., Westerly, was charged Saturday with possession of narcotics.

Jose Ibarra-Viveros, 22, of 175 Boston Post Road, was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct, first-degree unlawful restraint, second-degree strangulation and threatening.
