Groton – A Mediterranean restaurant damaged when a car plowed through the front entrance reopened this week.

Beirut's Food Palace, in the Groton Shopping Plaza at 754 Long Hill Road, reopened Monday following the July 12 crash.

The woman who drove her car into the building was not seriously injured and no one in the restaurant was injured.
