Jacqueline M. Bennett, 23, of 263 Route 165, Preston, was charged Sunday with breach of peace and risk of injury to a child.
Heather Pinat, 47, of 435 High St., Lot 18, Mystic, was charged Sunday with threatening and breach of peace.
Joseph Bonanno, 27, of 34 Center St. was charged Monday with reckless driving.

Sharon Champagne, 45, of 1591 Norwich-New London Turnpike, Montville, was charged Sunday with failing to have reflectors or lighting devices of a proper color and driving with registration or license that is refused, suspended or revoked.
