David D. Richardson, 58, of 46 Yorkshire Ave., Waterford, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Eduardo Torres, 43, of 62 Niles Hill Road was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and traveling too fast for conditions.

Baheim Martin, 33, of 54 Boulder Drive was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license.

Norwich

Rachel Watson, 38, of 222 Mopsic St. was charged Monday with two counts of violation of a protective order.

Matthew Rogers, 46, of 87 New London Turnpike was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Orbin Duarte, 22, of 6 Perry Ave. was charged Monday with risk of injury to a minor, breach of peace, criminal mischief and interfering with an officer.

Deidre McGhee-Wrekham, 46, of 38 Hooper St. was charged Monday with interfering with an officer and violations of conditions of release.
