    New London

    Rebecca E. Lucente, 31, of 25 Riverview Ave. was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to illuminate with headlights.

    Willie O. Butler, 40, of 79 Mechanic St., Apt. 1, Norwich, was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Sebastian Tzampop, 29, of 33 Lee Ave. was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right, driving with a suspended license, failure to carry insurance and misuse of registration.

    Paul Young, 51, of 19 Jay St. was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace and first-degree trespass.

    Mark A Hammett, 37, of 19 Jay St. was charged Friday with first-degree failure to appear in court and three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Dennis Moran, 53, of 53 Shaw St., Apt. 2, was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace and risk of injury to a minor.

    Angel T. Ducharme, 56, of 2 State St. was charged Saturday with breach of peace.

    Justin Wells, 23, of 113 Pequot Ave., Apt. 2 ,was charged Sunday with breach of peace.

    Lance Goode, 44, of 98 Williams St., Apt. 2, was charged Sunday with reckless driving and failure to obey the signal of an officer.

    Norwich

    Michael Austin, 31, of 38 Yantic Flats Road, was charged Sunday with breach of peace and interfering with a police officer.

    Barbara Powell, 47, of 6 Town St., Apt. A, was charged Sunday with possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Stonington

    Robert A. Staplins, 39, of 281 Norwich Ave., Apt. F, Norwich, was charged Saturday with carrying a dangerous weapon, breach of peace, simple trespass and second-degree harassment.

    Britany Veazie, 23, of 25 Mary Hall Road, Pawcatuck, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license.

    Cory B. Poplaski, 30, of 147 River Road, Pawcatuck, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and reckless driving.

    Waterford

    Jose Modesti, 19, of North Windham, was charged Saturday with sixth-degree larceny, criminal impersonation, first-degree failure to appear in court and second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Brenda Donaldson, 44, of 15 Hobron St., New London, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license and failure to wear a seat belt.

    Hector Hernandez, 59, of 66 Belden St., New London, was charged Saturday with failure to drive in the proper lane and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Anna Smiley, 26, of East Hartford, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license, driving with a suspended license and driving without minimum insurance.
