Stephen W. Dortch, 39, of Safety Harbor, Fla., was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving the wrong way on a one-way street.

Pete E. Whitney, 28, of 2 Charter St. was charged Wednesday with breach of peace and roaming dog.

Ivan Rivera, 24, of 192 Broad St. was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Anthony Rodriguez, 20, of 463 E. Main St. was charged Wednesday with first-degree failure to appear in court.

Darryl Gibbs, 33, of 494 E. Main St. was charged Wednesday with fifth-degree larceny by possession.

Kevin S. Miller, 43, of 98 W. Broad St., Apt. 22, Pawcatuck, was charged Wednesday with criminal violation of a protective order.

Waterford

Jeffrey Handy, 19, of 44 Norwich Road, Lot 36, Norwich, was charged Wednesday with fifth-degree larceny.

Xavier Aguilar-Reyes, 23, of 138 Huntington St., New London, was charged Wednesday with sixth-degree larceny, interfering with an officer and three counts of first-degree failure to appear in court.
