Access Health CT has launched a toll-free call center to provide consumers with a new way to get information about health care coverage under the Affordable Care Act.

Consumers can speak with a call center representative by dialing 1 (855) 805-4325 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday and 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturdays.

Maximus, a call center services provider based in Virginia, established the operation based New York City and Hartford. Seventy-three employees will be required.

"We believe the call center will be a critical tool to help Connecticut residents and small businesses," said Kevin Counihan, CEO of Access Health CT.
