Edmund De Santis, 65, of Key West, Fla., was charged Tuesday with failure to carry a license, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Groton Town

Michelle L. Horton, 35, of 311 Hazelnut Hill Road was charged Tuesday with criminal impersonation, interfering with an officer, first-degree failure to appear in court and second-degree failure to appear in court.

New London

Jovan Dubois, 21, of 484 Montauk Ave. was charged Wednesday with threatening and harassment.

Melissa Posas, 28, of Chester was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Tornando Robinson, 28, of no certain address was charged Tuesday with possession of a hallucinogen.

State Police - Montville

Kelcey Carter, 19, of 23 Ephraim's Path, Ledyard, was charged Tuesday in Preston with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Lakus Brown, 53, of 44 Route 2A, Preston, was charged Tuesday in Preston with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Joseph Anselmo, 49, of 79 Lake Drive, Oakdale, was charged Monday in Montville with risk of injury to a minor, second-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Waterford

Marc Connelly, 46, of 1 Green Hills Road, Quaker Hill, was charged Tuesday with criminal violation of a protective order.

Abdul Rodriguez, 34, of 15 Kinney Ave., Norwich, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license or registration and failure to have tail lamps.
